Challenging, resume builder, positive people interaction, students and parents, and rewarding.

Cons

You have to wear too many hats… an ever changing 8-12 different hats. Very hard to get done what needs to be done consistently throughout the year.

Great colleagues who genuinely care for each other. Great campus with very good amenities.

Cons

Pay is somewhat lower that other universities in the metropolitan area. Parking is a big issue. Need to be okay working in an environment where the student is always right.
