small community; great colleagues, some great students, campus, perks, steady enrollment with no financial issues.

Cons

company-like culture; money spent on the package, not the content but which is actually appreciated or even demanded by the parents. Tenure is slowly gone. Those who failed tenure can still stay with promotion. High turnout rate for staff and faculty.

- Teaching/assistance practice - Experience working in classroom environments

Cons

I do not have any cons, however since it is a school job, $10 was after some time working in other departments. I believe you would start at about $8.50 per hour.
