Beautiful Campus, Christmas bonus and swag

Cons

This has been the worst place I have ever worked. Management is awful, very self-centered and will throw anyone under the bus to make them look better. They do not care about training, growth, or actually making improvements to the system. I could say much more and this is not just a problem in my area but seems to be an issue in other departments as well.

Beautiful space. Hard working people.

Cons

Employees are valued only superficially in staff meetings etc. On the ground it is a regular occurrence in several departments to be yelled at or belittled once a week.
