Great collective of co-workers that supports and helps to further learn from each other, you feel welcome and part of the team since day one First 3 months on-boarding and ramping up with schedule load so you never feel overwhelmed Great communication with clinical directors and mentors Monthly and quarterly CE courses provided by the company

Performance PT is a great place to work. I have been working for Performance PT for 8 years and I was also a student here. I love working here. Performance is a great place to work if you like a fast paced environment with helpful and friendly co-workers. Everyone works well as a team and supports each other. There is a focus on continuing education and skill development which is essential. I would recommend this job to anyone looking to improve their skills and learn.
