This company has been very focused on developing therapists so that they can be the best they can and give the best care to patients. The culture focuses on growth of the individual and teams and always seems to be moving forward in the physical therapy industry.

Cons

I have seen some therapist split between two locations. That may be challenging but it also could be an opportunity to learn from a lot of different therapists.

Healthcare is forever changing and private practices need to change systems frequently to keep up; this can be challenging at times.

Cons

Expected to work the occasional Saturday, outpatient so do need to work some evenings.
