Amazing Physical Therapy Practice!

People, culture, opportunities (learn, leadership tracks, residency etc), 100% physical therapist owned (so they care about quality), amazing clinicians on staff.

Cons

Expected to work the occasional Saturday, outpatient so do need to work some evenings.

Company really cares about it's employees and everyone has a voice, I think the culture of the company is the best part. Everyone gets along and works hard to ensure the company's success, definitely a team oriented atmosphere.

Cons

I really don't have anything negative to say, I love the company and plan to stay for a long time.
