Pros

Highlight genuinely wants to be good for it's employees. Sometimes the contracts feel a little disjointed from HQ, but they have great benefits and a great work culture. Highlight is actively trying to provide incentives for employees that matter. The project managers, in my experience, are also great.

Cons

It is hard to progress your career from one position to the next. Additionally, many contacts also see themselves as operating separately from HQ and do not interact as much as HQ would like.

Everyone was warm and friendly. The management did a good job of conveying the mission of the company as well as the corporate culture.

Cons

A couple minor technical glitches with the online resources, nothing much.

Cons

Some outside contractors are apprehensive to work with a smaller company, and require more convincing than others.
