- Responsive management team - Generous with technology policies/equipment - Great manager - CEO is very kind and cares about each employee - Contract ended due to current admin cuts

- It was difficult being a subcontractor and having some policies apply to our prime, but not to us.

I work a remote position and have been for four years. The company does give adequate pay and benefits. Very big on diversity.

Cons

Can not move up with the company or get on permanently. I have applied several jobs and no response back. Sometimes focus to much on diversity.
