      Work from home and making your own schedule. At times we needed to switch the time we serviced the customer if the client was on the West coast.

      Cons

      Contracts were always uncertain. Upper management could be very difficult at times.

      Pros

      Highlight is a fantastic company that has all sorts of employee reward programs and many other expressions of how much they appreciate their employees.

      Cons

      Highlight holds contracts with other business so when your contract is up if there is not another position that fits your experience you basically no longer have a job. I would definitely work for them again if a contract becomes available that I am qualified for.
