      The ability to work remotely. The company invests time and resources to enrich employee career development and the overall experience.

      I really do not have any cons to speak of. I genuinely love working fit Highlight.

      Pros

      Highlight genuinely wants to be good for it's employees. Sometimes the contracts feel a little disjointed from HQ, but they have great benefits and a great work culture. Highlight is actively trying to provide incentives for employees that matter. The project managers, in my experience, are also great.

      Cons

      It is hard to progress your career from one position to the next. Additionally, many contacts also see themselves as operating separately from HQ and do not interact as much as HQ would like.
