      Employee recognition programs, company updates, referral vacation prize (in addition to referral bonuses), company events, relaxed work environment, flexible hours, nice people at HQ, 3 weeks PTO

      a sense of favoritism , often fell overwhelmed with all the tasks given and due dates

      Management is amazing. They have hired a quality COO and the VP/CEO genuinely care about employees. Do your job and strive to be better and the management will take care of you.
