      Pros

      The company has competitive salaries and benefits available, which sometimes may be lacking in a company focused on government contracts. They are consistently reaching out to employees at the lowest of levels to understand challenges and implement ideas to improve the workforce and morale.

      Cons

      Since the company is government contract focused, there are multiple locations all over the country, so getting to know your extended colleagues may be challenging (but the company provides opportunities, nonetheless).

      Pros

      Highlight Technologies is hands down the best employer I've ever had. Management is friendly and takes the time to communicate with you and show their appreciation. The salary is competitive and they offer plenty of benefits. I hope I can continue to contribute to their success and work long-term with them.
