      Pros

      Great salary, work from home. Good for a person who is knowledgeable and dependable. No one will hold your hand you are responsible for knowing and understanding your job duties and responsibilities. This job is for a self-motivated person who likes to perform.

      Cons

      You will be let go if you are not meeting what is required of you. You are working from home. Job is not hard it just requires you to work. This is contract work. When the contract is up for renewal it is a little stressful.

      Pros

      Highlight is a fantastic company that has all sorts of employee reward programs and many other expressions of how much they appreciate their employees.

      Cons

      Highlight holds contracts with other business so when your contract is up if there is not another position that fits your experience you basically no longer have a job. I would definitely work for them again if a contract becomes available that I am qualified for.
