Cons

There's no Con because this company seem to thought of everything when it comes to making there employers happy. Fiona and Lia are tops when it comes to answering any questions you may have. Since we work remotely, there just a phone call away, instead of an open door policy.

Pros

Great benefits and very engaged leadership. Being an Employee-owned company (ESOP) adds even more value!! I’m so happy to work with my colleagues.

Cons

Personally I do not have any cons; working on a contract position though may be less secure as those roles do have end dates that may or may not be extended. This is normal in the GovCon industry.
