Best ABA Company in Area for Employees

They take care of staff, break and lunch time, staff restroom etc.

Cons

Hours can be sporadic, which is not uncommon in this field.

Great company, hours are few...

Pros

Pros include: -Some upward mobility. -You receive a $2 raise once you pass the RBT exam. - The BCBA's are all supportive. - Staff and Learner's are great!

Cons

Cons include: - If your learner is sick or on vacation, you don't have work hours. - Health insurance is contingent on working 30+ hours a week which is considered "adapted full-time." It's extremely difficult to get 30 hours a week.
