Company should close!

Pros

None- the administration is too self righteous to listen to staff. Have no idea how to manage people.

Cons

RBTs are left with no toys, no supervision. BCBA "knows everything" but can teach nothing. I witnessed actual client abuse while I was here. RBTs forcibly moving children from room to room, letting them sit in urinated clothes. This company should be shut down. If they spent as much time working on their ABA skills as they do gossiping children might actually get some help. This company is only trying to line their pockets.

Salary was good and clinical staff are overall strong

Cons

Leadership team only cares about money, not the clients. They do not value their clinicians and encourage unethical behavior to increase profit. High turnover due to most clinicians not being comfortable with the policies.
