Pros

Moving as many jobs to India as possible.

Cons

Project manager required MANDATORY 76 hour work week until PA Labor and Industry was notified. Company constantly requires Overtime of 20%. On year, they insisted that you work 4 hours of overtime for every PTO hour taken. Company continues to move jobs to India. The have a 90 / 10 Policy. They want 90% of Employees in India and 10% US employees. They are currently PA tax exempt. With CEO's making in excess of 5 Million a year and they guy that instituted a lot of these programs made sure to retire with 5 million a year for life as soon as he qualified for it. This is where YOUR Health care dollars are going.
