Innovative in the health care space; many entities with vast experiences available to pursue; solid senior leadership with good strategies and engagement; solid financial position

Cons

Silos exist and "us vs. them" internal mentality can be very extreme in some areas; technology and systems is severely lacking in some areas, specifically in finance functions
