Pros

They treat you with a lot of respect and you get PTO, Sick time, Personal time, Most properties have friendly staff. Company events are fun and the work can keep you busy while also giving you enough room to work at a comfortable pace.

Cons

The company can sometimes give you a hard time about using PTO and sick time within a close time frame. I did not plan on getting sick but I had to use my sick time and even had a note but still received disciplinary action.

Pros

I’ve been with the company for a while now, and I can honestly say my experience has been very positive. I’ve especially appreciated the support and leadership from my Regional Manager, Vice President, and Community Director. They have consistently shown respect, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help at every level. It's reassuring to know that I’m part of a team where leadership is approachable and truly invested in our success. I look forward to continuing to grow with the company.

Cons

So far, I haven’t encountered any major issues. Like any company, there’s always room for growth and improvement, but overall, my experience has been very positive.
