      No real cons here. No company is perfect but the people here make Highmark stand out as a place that cares about what they represent. They are serious about their associates and their leasing locations nationwide; so, if you want to challenge yourself and make an impact, choose Highmark.

      Pros

      After almost 25 years with our company, I'm still excited to come to work each day. The people I work with are family. Like any family does, we all respect and care for one another. Highmark isn't afraid to try new, innovative ideas. That keeps us all fresh, even though many of us have been with Highmark for a lot of years. I can't imagine working for any other company.

      Cons

      It's not a con, but rather a sadness when we sell a property and cannot keep our associates with Highmark. Still, we care about them and cheer them on with their new companies.
