Pros

Ok benefits but nothing special or even competitive for that matter. Other companies property management companies pay higher salaries and offer better benefits.

Cons

Received formal training months after already working. If you are not part of one of their cliques, working for this company will be miserable for you. Gossip from upper management about other employees. No follow up or support from upper management. Issues referred to HR are referred right back to the managers you have an issue with so there are no employee advocates.

Cons

Salary is average but bonuses are paid well if achieved. To be closed on more Holidays instead of skeleton crew. It strains the staff more after a holiday.
