      None come to mind for this place.

      Cons

      Incredibly narcissistic atmosphere. Some upper level mgrs. were ok. Terrible communication to Managers, favorites played. I was GLAD to leave!

      Pros

      The leaders of the company are absolute assets. Steve Lamberti is an ethical leader, setting the example for all. I'm proud to be a part of this expanding company.

      Cons

      Some adults can act like teenagers, gossiping and speaking poorly of each other. But that could happen anywhere.

      Amazing Opportunities!

      Pros

      Opportunity to grow and learn. Multiple training session to gain knowledge within the industry. Open staff and communication. Although I was part time I was always included in staff meeting and contributing to the success of apartment living

      Cons

      Nothing, it was a wonderful company to work for! There may be difficult clients but it was worth the opportunity
