      Good benefits, friendly residents, okay pay

      Cons

      This company's management is terrible. Not in the sense of how they manage the company but how they manage their employees. I filed a complaint against my boss and nothing happened. I am consistently being verbally abused, mistreated, bullied, and threatened by my manager. I wish I could write something better, but I can't. I honestly cannot wait to get a new job. There is too much gossiping, mistreatment, and no motivation at all, ANYWHERE!

      Pros

      Good benefits, they pay their vendors on time, and good business organizational structure/procedures.

      Cons

      To much gossiping stemming from upper management and caring down to team members, not honest with employees as far as accurate skill evaluations, it is about who you know not what you know. Regional will talk about employees to other associates, associates will talk to vendors, and then that information gets back to the associate that was getting talked about.
