      Great Property Managers / AWFUL regional managers and corporate support

      There are true oppertunties for growth. If you want to move up you can.

      Had multiple issues with regional manager. Multiple properties managers quit dye to this one person, and when HR and support was sought from corporate, it was ignored. Corporate took over all social media and decisions at property level, yet blames property for their decisions. Got new software that doesn't work well at all. Requires constant training but doesn't listen to employees. Work load is very heavy. I was constantly stressed.

      LEASING commission pay was great

      Little commission opportunity for this role. Upper management was out of touch. Requests from office staff often ignored. Set us up for failure.
