Condescending upper management. Very unorganized Favoritism will be shown more so to male employees. HR is rude and unhelpful even for basic policies. Work- life balance non- existent High turnover Does not pay vendors in a timely manner Property needs suffer due to lack of communication. Various platforms that do not communicate properly. Greedy and non-compassionate with residents who actually pay their rent on time. The list goes on and on.

Everything else. -Dated polices and procedures that are ridiculously tedious -Unorganized corporate team -Terrible training -Doesn’t value employees/must work on holidays/travel to work at other locations without option -Doesn’t pay vendors -Slow corporate response to site issues -Salaried employees have to clock in/out -No trust or manager empowerment -No diversity or inclusion -Over 400 job postings company wide speak for themselves
