Pros

I enjoy the access to information they provide. There is a lot of resources for all employees to find answers to any question. Benefits are pretty good.

Cons

They are extremely admin heavy on Community Directors with very short deadlines. Upper management is out of touch with the experience of on site employees.

Pros

The benefits are great, you spend most of your time with your onsite team so it’s more of a family. I love my team and how well we all work together.

Cons

I don’t have any cons thankfully

Pros

N/A It started out ok.

Cons

Upper Management is next to impossible to get a hold of. They protect manager and step on the little people. Steal money from employees. There was so much gossip and rumors being spread through our office that made coming to work upsetting. But then there was no support from upper management to bring this to their attention. This resulted in the property losing 3 employees back to back.
