      There’s so much opportunity—it can be hard to choose where to grow first! The company is growing quickly, which means exciting changes are always happening. Every day brings something new—great for those who love variety and learning. Team members are so driven and motivated, it inspires you to bring your best daily. The company culture is strong—be ready to be part of something bigger than yourself.

      Cons

      I’ve only been with the company for a few months, and based on my experience so far, I haven’t encountered any cons worth noting

      Decent Company to Work For

      Pros

      Overall I have enjoyed my time at Highmark Residential. I work in the corporate office and I believe they treat employees fairly. The pay is decent and the work life balance is good, however it can get very busy when the company is undergoing acquisitions and dispositions.

      Cons

      The benefits packages do not seem as comparable to other companies. I wish there was more than one option available for medical benefits and it would be nice if the 401k match was better.
