      Out of touch with their Culture = Toxic environment

      Unlimited PTO (That is it)

      Cons

      Severly Understaffed HR Department - Necessary to work excessive hours - No work/life balance - Retailitory - No staff support for investigations into inappropriate behavior - Toxic cliques - Bullying - If you work remotely (outside of Grand Rapids and live outside the city), they still take the GR City NR tax out of your check when they shouldn't. Making it a hassle to get your money back from the city of GR. - They think executives are infallible and behaviors can never be questioned.

      There were some things good but those didn't outweigh the bad.

      Cons

      High pressure and micro-managing to the extreme. Run away. Terrible insurance.

      Great company culture, career advancement opportunities, competitive pay. Very tech forward and innovative. High growth environment, at times almost like a startup.

      Cons

      Add the company grows, it's falling victim to the inevitability of bureaucracy that hampers agility and growth.
