      Understaffed! Leadership strictly cares about appearance and developing new things for the show of it when they haven’t ever figured out the other 1000 things they started. Existing staff struggles. Toxic positivity is company culture.

      Employees are valued here and everyone has the opportunity to succeed. The organization is not hierarchical, and you have access to everyone, to meet with them, to share ideas. Good ideas and new approaches are valued and encouraged.

      Cons

      Onboarding can be a little sink or swim, but there are plenty of employees who will help you.

      Titles changing short staffed and toxic

      Not sice they changed the medical insurance

      Cons

      Toxic environment where reporting issues to management or HR has been met with silence. Very unstructured. Although they allow some positions to be 100% remote, they do not allow remote work for inclement weather or minor illness to avoid spreading germs, resulting in staff coming in sick as they dont have enough PTO by end of year.
