Friendly people with a few that will actually give you work.

Cons

There were not many learning opportunities, and for the most part I did stereotypical intern duties. There is also not much structure to the program.

The backbone and support of a large firm, with the flexibility an passion of a startup. Very little corporate hierarchy.

Cons

Hard to say it's a con, but career path is totally left up to the individual. If you need a corporate roadmap to follow, it's probably not your cup of tea.
