Pros
Outstanding family/work balance. We have great teams where everyone is treated fairly, and everyone works really hard not because they have to but because they want too. We have a great culture and are actively involved in learning and enacting our values and commitments. We have excellent PTO policies. I have alot of work that i do but i'm never stressed out and if i do get stresssed out Hightower has so many helpful solutions to assist with your mental state and your work. I haven't had a complaint yet in the year that i've worked here. And I really like the two manager's I've had so far.
Cons
We need more employees. We are growing and in some areas the impact of being short-staffed can be seen.
