Flexible work, supportive team, good benefits and compensation.

Cons

Lack of transparency from executive leadership, no consistent messaging in terms of handling the service queue across internal teams, poor or near zero bandwidth on many internal teams. Prioritizing acquisitions and optics instead of building capacity to facilitate seamless acquisitions. Questionable covid-19 policies - masks should be required in the office (mass critical days == covid spreading party).

- Collaborative, helpful team members - smart leadership - lots of opportunities for growth and trying new things, supportive team who wants you to succeed - challenging work but good sense of work/life balance - good culture for being mostly remote - new high-flex pto model for corporate employees means you can take off the time that you need! - great benefits/ salary - there's a lot of free food/lunches in the Chicago office, which is very incentivizing!

Cons

- career paths for entry/mid level employees can be a little unclear, but I think that's very department-specific and something they are working on - working with difficult and high-demand advisory teams can frustrating, even with a good support system - compliance is necessary for this industry, but it does make getting things done more challenging; this is inevitable for anyone working in fin services though. - Some depts. have understaffed teams and it makes it hard to collaborate effectively
