Hightower is constantly innovating and improving the way they go about caring for their employees. From the HighFlex work model which offers employees the chance to flexibly balance their work/home life, to the culture implemented both in the office and through virtual settings which emphasize being true and authentic with the team here, Hightower stands out in creating a welcoming and immersive experience to work in. I have seen this in both an internship role and as a full-time employee.

Cons

Like most companies, projects can be relationship-driven in some aspects, but Hightower does a great job creating opportunities to network to attain those important relationships.

Pros

Some of my pros for working at Hightower is the Leadership hiearchy, newly developed culture and rebranding. Pay is competitive for the market. Vibrant company with values and strong work ethic.

Cons

Seems like all year we are consistently going with not many slow periods. Time off is encouraged but it personally feels hard to disconnect because of the workload you return too. At times it feel as if the Highflex model is forced rather than highly recommended.
