Pros

Honestly, the only pro of working here was the healthcare benefits. We didn't have to pay for them and it was a decent deductible. Lots of experience gained. It was good to gain the experience and take it elsewhere.

Cons

Biggest challenge was finding the motivation to come to work everyday, knowing you would be worked like a indentured servant. Lots of cattiness across and within the departments. Promotions aren't given unless someone gets fired or leaves. Raises are like $.25 when you do get promoted. Probably the lowest paying salary within the tri state area for a pharma company.

Salaries are low. The company is in trouble with the FDA. The changes being made are too little too late.

This company will shut down a department, fire the employees and move on with picking up the problems caused by this type of draconian measure as they don't have much of a soul or brain.
