I have been a patient under Hill for years as well as supported them in the insurance field for years. Now that I am employed under their umbrella and can say that this is the best company that I have ever had the opportunity to work for. The level of support I have received and training is top notch and thankful for this opportunity.

Supportive, collaborative and friendly leadership and teams. They value customers; members, employees and physicians. Focused on culture and action-oriented toward inclusion and process improvement. For example: they host several employee events throughout the year (all hands meetings, happy hours, activity clubs, educational webinars), and they routinely seek feedback from employees (sharing with leaders who address with action).
