Hilti North America reviews

Most of the good smart hard working people are left in horrible positions so long they give up. Hilti has no system in place to move deserving people through the different positions in the company. Also the company is very misleading in presentation of information about how promotions work and available jobs.

Hilti's marketing dept stinks. Tools are not competetively packaged. They are hiring too many upper management types who have great spread sheet skills but can't use the tools they want us to sell. Too much focus on making a strong management team and not enough time looking into the eyes of their customers.
