Your point about hands-on training is helpful and we understand how important that is for building confidence in the role. We do offer a two-week hands-on training program in Tulsa for Account Managers, and we’re always looking at ways to strengthen that experience and make sure it translates well into the field. Great people, but culture and pay aren’t worth it.

Pros

You will meet some overall great people working here. I have made life long friends. (Trauma bonds over the declining culture)

Cons

Our company culture has nosedived. We are not who we say we are. The propaganda being pushed out by leadership is not who this company really is. Actions will always speak louder than words. The money is also mediocre at best. If you aren’t hitting bonus you won’t be able to afford life. Promotion to a different role isn’t possible usually unless willing to move.
