      Whatever you do, don't call out or use sick time

      Pros

      All night Tasks can usually be completed in under 2 hours Very minimal interaction Great for a college student

      Cons

      No security on site (lots of aggressive guests coming from bars) If you call in, you will be guilted into working since you are working nights and no one wants to do that Management was late coming in at 7AM almost everyday. Many times I had to work 2 hours past my shift.

      The only good thing is the hotel benefits.

      Cons

      Management, co-workers (not all but a lot), guests (not all but a lot). Frequent change of ownership is frustrating and it is hard to keep good staff.
