Well pto changed so maybe not a plus now. Some benefits are really good though. Health insurance Stock options 4% match 401 k Hilton points vacations discount Ok pay. Do not expect more than you get from day 1.

Cons

Supposed to drive golf carts in bad weather daily. When they are available. It is against their policy to drive your vehicle. But you will be forced to unless you walk. Stopping and starting 5 miles a day. No compensation. You will get laughed at before a raise. Work yourself to death. They do not care at all.
