Fixing the coffee machines, some staff members, few guests that are nice, slow days.

Cons

This place was the most toxic work environment I ever worked at. The lack of communication and preparation for clients decreases the great legacy and morale of the place. Outside, it looks like a nice, comfortable place. Inside, it can be a mess. Few of my coworkers have been pessimistic because of the workplace toxicity. Guests came to us angry due to broken elevators and other appliance that costs them their stay. It was difficult to deal with that causing many people to quit working there. Guests complain about issues in not getting what they need due to being understaffed and unprepared.
