Pros

Great hours Very easy going management Dunkin Donuts every Friday Hotel comps/benefits Very Low "pressured" sales

Cons

Starting pay is a joke--$8/hr or $10/hr for night shift (you'll see why as you continue to read) Commission plan is a little unfair; you don't get paid on each deal until you reach 6 deals (or 4 deals for night shift)--You'll hear all the time during training that "you'll make a ton of money" when in reality, its somewhat difficult to make a decent paycheck for the work you put in. You only get paid for a weeks worth of deals--example you sell 8 deals, you make $80 on top of your $8/hr salary. Although the hours are great, everyone there works two jobs cause the compensation plan doesn't pay you on every deal.
