Pros

Realize that my perspective is that of a Senior Director level position with HWW corporate- I imagine the reviews will vary according to role, location, etc. The corporate leadership for Hilton is, for the most part, outstanding. Those in C-level positions are smart, approachable and respectful- particularly in brand leadership and marketing. The perks are good, particularly if you like to travel, and the people around the world are fun to work with. There are some that are difficult, mostly legacy types, but not any more than anywhere else.

Cons

It's a big company, so decisions can linger. There is quite a bit of arrogance with the Americas Sales operation- they think they're the elite of the company- and sometimes treat others that way- but that should be improving, as there's been a reorganization there. The team member travel discount program is pretty bad- there's a lot of talk to improve it. Compensation isn't especially high on average.

Pros

Hilton Hotels aka Blackstone no longer understands and does not care, so why answer.

Cons

There were no upsides. Hilton Hotels systematically eliminating loyal and professional associates to bring in friends, lovers and previous co-workers who don't understand the history and what works and doesn't. Travelers stay with Hilton because it is Hilton, good luck with the mess your have created. What once was, is no longer and what is, is not any better. You didn't listen to your to your associates or your guests.

Pros

Working from home has huge advantages: saving on gas, lunch expenses, even attire. Pretty easy to manipulate schedule. Great team member travel program. Reward system (bonus, raise, etc) easy to follow and pretty attainable.

Cons

Direct supervisors "development coaches" have little interest in the actual development of their employees. Operations department (technical issues, absenses, forecasting, etc) are completely incompetent. System is beyond primative.
