Pros

Hilton is a truly fantastic company to work for, hence why I have been here for 15 years! The company really do look after their staff and offer great empowerment, support, motivation and great perks and benefits. We are given lots of opportunities to work in other Hilton's worldwide. We have excellent communication in the Hotel and the staff are kept up to date at all times. I love working for Hilton and I am very proud to represent the brand and be part of such an amazing team!
