The people I have met are very professional and friendly they make you feel part of a team it's all good

Cons

Well to be honest I have to travel some days by car due to no bus and the car park for staff is very small

Pros

Hilton is an inspirational company with a strong, positive culture and focus of retention, development, learning, positive outcomes and continual improvement. The hotel discounts are amazing (when you can find availability), and the internal promotion opportunities are fantastic.

Cons

The salaries are notoriously low, there needs to be more focus on 'team member level' benefits and wages!
