Pros

Great benefits, great pay and decent opportunities for growth. Also, for the most part, the majority of the people are really nice.

Cons

Like many large companies, the middle management struggles a lot. In my experience, my manager had something to prove and was not there to help you grow into your roll.

The collaborative and inclusive environment is one I haven't experienced before with extremely high level of intellect and vision to move the company forward with regard to career development, system enhancements, customer service with competitive product. The current state of employee is high functioning with the ability to take on greater responsibilities whether project based / stretch assignments or role advancement. Hines is an exceptional organization and one I was fortunate to have a career with.

Cons

While there are internal mobility opportunities to develop professionally they are limited to the local geography with little flexibility for individuals to lead autonomously at the top level.
