      Great company contract, not so good management

      Pros

      Customer/Client was great atmosphere and made you feel included even though I was a contracted employee

      Cons

      Management did not help with issues. The person who was running Facilities before Hines took over was VERY reluctant to hand over things and very hard to work with. Management knew this and never stepped in to help until I had a total break down and even then didn't really help. Upper management changed hands many times and wasn't aware of the full issues or if they did know they did not care and just wanted the projects finished.

      Pros

      Hines has engineering training that are comparible to college courses that train you hvac,plumbing and electrical. They pay for any certifications you need as well

      Cons

      Not all managers are the same. And not all the buildings are run with the same.
