      Great Standards! All about taking care of your tenants and working as a team. All employees seem to be happy and pretty friendly.

      Cons

      Wish the ability to transfer would be easier for looking to move out of state besides that Hines is truly not a bad company.

      The youth environment is refreshing to be around and the staff and management is very helpful in maintaining a creative environment

      Some of the logistics of hierachy are alittle difficult to get around, and makes it hard to progress from within

      Enjoys a good reputation and a compelling history with an outward emphasis on quality and integrity. Generally competitive compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Slow to change and shockingly in-bred and diversity challenged. Generally viewed as "past it's prime" with a confusing organizational structure that appears focused on self-preservation of senior management at the expense of innovation and better talent. A fair to good place to get your foundation, but detrimental for your career beyond just a few years.
