      Pros

      (Regarding Property Management) Excellent benefits. A powerhouse in the real estate market. With a good leader, you will have the capacity learn a lot.

      Cons

      (Regarding Property Management) Poor employee development. Lacked strong leadership and clear expectations in Property Management. Too few advancement opportunities, and too little feedback of performance. A couple of front-line leaders also unfortunately lacked considerably in people skills.
