The "come as you are" culture. Collaborative environment. The people who work here are amazing. The office is a wonderful place to work from. Flexible hybrid schedule. Career growth opportunities.

Cons

Being a company under a larger umbrella of other brands can sometimes be challenging.

Pros

The work culture is fantastic, you won't meet a mean boss or badmouthing employee during your entire tenure here. The work/life balance is incredible, paid time off is abundant. And there's plenty of opportunities to hang with coworkers and network. Justin (CEO) is great. Plenty of training budget and internal opportunities for growth are plenty.

Cons

You pay for that great work life balance with pretty subpar compensation. Salary is lower than you'll find even at other dating apps. Bonuses are lower, and stock grants are lower. Many of this supposedly has to do with the parent organization, Match Group.

A huge focus on culture and people. Leadership believes culture trumps strategy, and they show it. As a result we’re the fastest growing dating app in the world.

Cons

The company is growing quickly and a lot is changing.
