      Pros

      - Fast-paced environment can be a pro or a con dependent on individual preference. I have found it beneficial, as I have learned and grown a lot since joining. - Exciting field with great promise for growth, intellectually stimulating and rewarding. - I enjoy working with my co-workers, who are ambitious, motivated and collaborative. - Competitive compensation.

      Cons

      - In-person 5 days a week, may be challenging for individuals used to remote / hybrid work. - Priorities may change quickly, which is expected in a start-up environment. I would caution individuals who prefer a more structured work environment.

Appreciate the call out regarding the full onsite 5 day a week work culture. We recognize there are many different ways to work in this day and age and this may not work for everyone. However we believe that this is the best way to operate as an early stage startup solving complex and challenging problems that we hope will revolutionize healthcare through the use of Generative AI.
